For the first time in three years, I (Gigi) was not able to attend Fort Worth Food + Wine Foundation’s Burgers, Brews + Blues. So I enlisted the help of a great crew to cook for us tonight. Juan, Craig, Noah, Logan, Danny and John killed it.
